Guangzhou Hongzhou Furniture Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 — and unlike most Chinese furniture factories that pivoted to export only after the domestic market slowed, we were built for international trade from the first day.
Our first container left Guangzhou for the Middle East in late 2007, supplying classroom desks to a regional distributor in the UAE. That single order set the template for how we still operate: direct manufacturer-to-buyer relationships, no trading-company middlemen, certifications matched to the destination market, and clear documentation through every step.
Eighteen years later, we've shipped to more than 50 countries — public schools in Saudi Arabia, university dormitories in Chile, international school chains in Nigeria, kindergartens in Japan, libraries across the Caribbean. The factory has tripled in size. The team has grown to 280 people. But the way we work hasn't changed.

Laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, electrostatic powder coating. Our metal line handles all chair frames, desk legs, library shelving structures, and dormitory bed frames. 7-stage anti-rust treatment standard on every metal piece.
CNC machining, edge banding, lamination, hand finishing. Working with E1-grade MDF, plywood, and solid woods. Worktops, desk surfaces, library shelves, dormitory cabinet panels — all produced and finished on-site to international standards.
Foam cutting, fabric cutting, sewing, upholstering, final assembly. Auditorium seats, padded chairs, dormitory mattresses. Fabric library includes EN 1021-compliant flame-retardant options and BIFMA-tested commercial-grade textiles.
Multi-stage inspection, mechanical and load testing, packaging line. Every shipment includes photo and video documentation, container loading reports, and full export documentation prepared by our in-house trade team.
QC isn't a final-stage check. It's distributed across the production process. Every order receives photo documentation at each of the five inspection points below — sent to your team before shipment.
Steel coil, MDF panels, and fabric inspected on arrival. Material certificates filed for every batch.
Cut metal pieces, machined wood, and fabric panels inspected before assembly.
Random pulls during welding, sanding, and upholstering. Defects caught before they compound.
100% inspection of finished units. Mechanical load testing on rotating sample basis per BIFMA / EN protocols.
Loading photographed and videoed. Loading report prepared with quantity confirmation and shipping marks documented.
